A year ago Captain Tom completed his famous 100 laps of his garden and his legacy lives on today! Join us over his birthday weekend of 30 April to 3 May and participate in the #DoItYourWay 100 Challenge. The challenge is based around the number 100, with the purpose to raise funds for The Somerville Foundation either by donating or setting up your own fundraising page. Your donations and funds raised go straight back into the charity and helps us to continue supporting young people and adults born with a heart condition.
