A collaboration between ECHO, the Evelina Children’s Heart Organisation and the Somerville Foundation these evenings offer people connected to our charities, who are 18 years or over, a chance to focus on taking care of their wellbeing.
Press Refresh provides an opportunity to explore creative ways to care for ourselves and de-stress with a combination of relaxation, mindfulness and creative activities.

The evening will start with time to meet others and chat over tea, coffee and nibbles. This will be followed by an hour workshop based on relaxation, mindfulness and creative activities led by Anne Crump from the Somerville Foundation. This Thursday evening we will be focusing on mindful relaxation and how we can use our imagination to soothe ourselves and de-stress. This will include a soothing breathing exercise and visualisation of a safe and tranquil place.

There are 10 places for each evening which need to be booked. There is a cost of £3 to cover refreshments.
